No biometric identification, facial recognition, or biometric template creation is performed.

4. How We Use Information

User email addresses are used to manage account access and communicate about the Service. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Attendee database information is used solely to power search and filtering features.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

VC Safari is a seasonal product scoped to Spring 2026 medtech conferences. Data may be deleted when the Service is no longer active.

VC Safari is an experimental, seasonal product. Access is provided for the current conference cycle (Spring 2026) with no guarantee of continuation. VentureCraft, Inc. may discontinue the Service at any time. By purchasing access, you acknowledge you are paying for the current season only.

4. Acceptable Use
